高职院校学籍风险管理分析

摘  要：
指出了学籍管理是高职院校建立健全教育质量保证体系、提升教学水平的重要抓手,由于近年高职院校招生规模大幅增长等的影响,学籍管理过程中面临愈来愈多的风险。为探索科学管控学籍管理风险的方法,提高学籍管理水平,促进提升教学质量,结合高职院校学籍管理实际,按照风险管理理论,首先对风险因素进行了辨识,应用风险指数评价方法进行了评估,进而对部分风险因素产生的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的风险控制措施。

摘  要：
Student roll management is an important starting point for establishing a sound education quality assurance system and improving teaching standards in higher vocational colleges. Due to the significant increase in the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges in recent years, more and more risks are faced in the process of student status management.In order to explore the scientific management of the risk management of student status, improve the management of student status, and promote the improvement of teaching quality, this paper combines the actual situation of student roll management in higher vocational colleges.According to the theory of risk management,risk factors of school roll management in higher vocational colleges were identified, and the risk index assessment method was applied to evaluation. Then, reasons for some risk factors were analyzed to put forward the corresponding control measures.
