活塞式磁流变液阻尼器磁场有限元分析

摘  要:
针对磁流变液阻尼器的磁路结构,利用ANSYS软件进行电磁场有限元分析。分析不同结构模型的磁流变液阻尼器的磁场分布,研究了单级磁路与双级磁路在相同激励状况下,所产生的不同的响应。分析活塞结构的变化对磁流变液阻尼器磁场分布的影响,为磁流变液阻尼器的结构设计提供了依据。

摘  要:
Aiming at the magnetic path structure, the electromagnetic field was analyzed by the ANSYS FEM. The magnetic field distribution of the MR fluids dampers of different structural models was analyzed. The response under the same excitation between the single class magnetic circuit and double class magnetic circuit was studied. And the configurations of the MR fluids dampers pistons that influence the electromagnetic field distribution were also analyzed. It could be utilized as a reference in designing the performances of MR fluids dampers.
