烤烟新品种HN2146烘烤特性研究

摘  要:
【目的】明确烤烟品种HN2146的烘烤特性。【方法】以云烟87为对照,采用暗箱和电烤箱试验方法,研究HN2146中部和上部烟叶变黄变褐特性、失水特性、叶绿素降解特性及多酚氧化酶活性。【结果】(1) HN2146上部和中部烟叶暗箱变黄时间分别需48和84 h,上部和中部烟叶暗箱变褐时间分别需72和120 h,较云烟87变黄难、变褐易;(2) HN2146上部和中部烟叶失水均衡性分别为0.43和1.24,失水均衡性都较好;HN2146的中部烟叶失水均衡性要好于云烟87,HN2146的上部烟叶失水均衡性较云烟87差;(3) 72 h时,HN2146上部和中部烟叶的叶绿素降解速率分别为13.68和13.03 g/(kg·h),降解比例分别为98.55%和93.85%,叶绿素降解特性均较好,但与云烟87的叶绿素降解速率差异不显著;(4) HN2146上部和中部烟叶烘烤过程中的多酚氧化酶活性平均值分别为0.224和0.236 U,较云烟87分别高15.63%和13.98%。【结论】HN2146品种的易烤性较好,耐烤性较好,属于烘烤特性较好的品种。

摘  要:
[ Purpose] To clarify the curing characteristics of a new flue-cured tobacco variety HN2146.[Method]By establishing Yunyan87 as control groups, the characteristics of yellowing,browning, water loss, chlorophyll degradation and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) activity of the middle and upper leaves can be studied by using dark chamber and electric-heated flue-curing barn.[Result](1) In the dark chamber, the yellowing time of HN2146 upper and middle leaves were 48 h and84 h respectively, the browning time of the upper and middle leaves were 72 h and 120 h respectively.Compared with Yunyan87, the yellowing time of HN2146 was longer while browning time shorter.(2) The proportionality of water loss rate of the upper and middle leaves of HN2146 were 0.43 and1.24 respectively, both of them were proper; but that of Yunyan87 was better than the upper leaves of HN2146 and worse than the middle leaves of HN2146.(3) At 72 h, the degradation rate of chlorophyll of the upper and middle leaves of HN2146 were 13.68 and 13.03 g/(kg·h) respectively, the degradation amount of chlorophyll were 98.55% and 93.85% respectively, both their chlorophyll degradability are good; the degradation rate of chlorophyll of HN2146 and Yunyan87 were not significant differences.(4) The average value of PPO activity of the upper and middle leaves of HN2146 during curing process were 0.224 U and 0.236 U respectively, they were 15.63% and 13.98% higher than Yunyan87 respectively.[Conclusion]The easy curing potential and the endurable curing potential of HN2146 is good, it is one of variety with great curing characteristics.
