人工环境中短蛸的繁殖行为和胚胎发生

摘  要:
通过一系列的模似、对比、筛选试验,研究了短蛸在人工环境中的繁殖行为和胚胎发生,并与其在自然环境中的行为作比较。在人工环境中短蛸可以进行正常的繁殖行为,卵子正常发育的首要制约条件是携氧水的流动。产卵的合适温度范围15~22℃,卵子孵化适宜温度18~28℃。

摘  要:
By means of a series of test,the breed ing action and embryogenesis of Octopus ocellatus are studied in the man -made environment ,and are compared with ones in the natural environment.Octopus ocellatus can carry normally the action breedi ng in the man -made environment,and t he flowing of carrying oxygen water i s the first restriction condition for growing of ovum.The optimum tempera ture lay eggs and to hatch ovum is 15~22℃,and 18~28℃.
