IL-18在妊娠早期大鼠下丘脑视前区核团的表达

摘  要:
为系统研究IL-18在胚泡植入前后期大鼠下丘脑中的表达,分别对胚泡植入前后期妊娠大鼠进行取材,固定后用免疫组化SP法,图像分析法进行研究。结果表明,IL-18在胚泡植入前后期大鼠下丘脑均有表达,主要表达于下丘脑视前室周核、视前大细胞核、视上核、视前内侧核、弓状核、视交叉上核、视前外侧核。与植入前期相比,植入后期妊娠大鼠下丘脑视前室周核、视前大细胞核、视上核、视前内侧核、弓状核、视交叉上核、视前外侧核的表达显著高于植入前期(P<0.05),下丘脑视前外侧核的表达极显著高于植入前期(P<0.01)。IL-18与胚泡植入密切相关,可能是IL-18通过下丘脑的反馈途径参与了妊娠调控,其表达变化与妊娠的建立和维持有关,在妊娠中起重要作用。

摘  要:
Thi ultrasensitive immunohistochemistry SP method and image analysis were used to investigate the expression of interleukin-18(IL-18) in fixed rat hypothalamus in pre-implantation period and post-implantation period.The results showed that IL-18 expressed in rat hypothalamus in both pre-implantation period and post-implantation period,mainly expressed in the hypothalamic periventricular nucleus,supraoptic nucleus,preoptic large nucleus,medial preoptic nucleus,lateral preoptic nucleus,suprachiasmatic nucleus,arcuate nucleus.Compared with the pre-implantation period,the expression of IL-18 in post-implantation period in hypothalamic periventricular nucleus,supraoptic nucleus,preoptic large nucleus,medial preoptic nucleus,suprachiasmatic nucleus,arcuate nucleus was significantly higher(P<0.05),and extremely significant in hypothalamic preoptic lateral nucleus(P<0.01).The expression of IL-18 was related to establishing and maintaining pregnancy as the expression of IL-18 was closely related to blastocyst implantation,and IL-18 may be participated in regulating rat pregnancy through the endocrine system of hypothalamus.
