摘 要:
建立一种测定碳酸饮料中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的离子色谱-质谱联用方法。选用高容量、强亲水性的阴离子交换柱IonPac AS19(2.0mm×250mm)进行分离,以KOH溶液为淋洗液,采用梯度淋洗。淋洗液经过抑制器抑制后直接进入质谱(ESI-MS),负离子模式进行检测。碳酸饮料中的亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐在质量浓度1~200ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性(r≥0.997),定量限(R SN>10)分别为1.5、1.0、0.6μg/L。将该方法用于碳酸饮料中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐的分析,并进行加标回收实验,回收率在79%~104%之间,亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.54%~4.49%之间。该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用于碳酸饮料中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐的同时测定。

摘 要:
A method has been developed for the determination of chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate in carbonated beverage by using ion-chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry(IC-ESI-MS) in a negative ESI mode.Chlorite chlorate and perchlorate were separated on a high-capacity,hydroxide-selective column by gradient elution with KOH eluent generated from an eluent generator cartridge(EGC).The linear range was 1–200 ng/mL with a linear correlation coeffi cient of 0.997.The quantitation limits for chlorite,chlorate and perchlorate were 1.5,1.0 μg/L and 0.6 μg/L,respectively.The recovery rates from spiked standard samples were in the range of 79%–104% with RSD in the range of 0.54%–4.49%(n = 6).This method proved to be simple,quick,sensitive and precise.It can be applied widely and suitable for simultaneous determination of chlorite chlorate and perchlorate in carbonated beverage.
