摘要：

本文介绍了蛟河市森林资源概况,指出林农管护矛盾突出、公益林补偿标准低、绿化资金短缺、林业实用和专业人才无法落实事业编制、经费短缺、国有林场改革亟待解决等问题,提出完善生态环境建设修复制度、停止天然林商业性采伐行为后应对措施、对清收还林实现"退得下、守得住、不反弹"、全面实现生态建设修复重点工程建设任务等对策。

摘要：

The forest resources survey of Jiaohe city was introduced in this article. The problem of foresters manage and protect contradiction,low public forest compensation standard,shortage of green funds,unable to implement staffing of government affiliated institutions for forestry practical and professional talent,shortage of funds,the reform of state- owned forest farms and other issues to be solved were pointed. The measures of Improving ecological environment restoration system,stopping natural commercial forest logging practices after the response,achieving get back under defensible and not rebounding for reforestation,the full realization of ecological restoration of key projects construction tasks were raised.
