基于关节臂测量机的钣金件曲面逆向建模研究

摘  要:
应用关节臂测量机,结合三维设计软件CATIA和逆向软件Polyworks对汽车钣金件进行混合逆向设计。对逆向工程、扫描设备及配套软件进行简介;对曲面重构方法做简要说明;详细描述了钣金件的数字化扫描、云点采集、云点处理、曲面设计及数字化建模。最后用斑马线对曲面进行分析,从而重构曲面结构的质量。

摘  要:
In this paper, absolute arm measuring machine, and Reverse Polyworks software and 3D design software CATIA for automotive sheet metal parts are mixed for reverse design. Firstly, reverse engineering, scanning equipment and related software are briefly introduced. Secondly, the theory of surface reconstruction is briefly described, followed by a detailed description of the digital scanning of sheet metal parts, point cloud acquisition, point cloud processing, surface design and digital modeling. Finally,zebra analysis is used on the surface to evaluate the quality of the reconstructed surface.
