摘 要：
在知识经济占主导的当今社会,企业要不断加强对新知识的学习,而价值星系作为一种全新的价值创造模式,为企业所用是顺应时代潮流、符合时代要求的。文章通过对价值链与价值星系的对比,从而分析出价值星系的优势,并在此基础上提出基于价值星系的成本管理新模式。

摘 要：
Today's society is dominated by knowledge economy, the enterprises need to continuously strengthen the learning of new knowledge, as a new model of value creation, the value galaxy being used for enterprises is not only conform to the trend of the world, but also meet the requirements of the times. By comparing the value chain and the value galaxy this paper analyzed the advantages of value galaxy, and comes up with a new cost management based on value galaxy.
