摘  要：
The expression of the wee 1 and cdc 25 mRNA of the mouse oocytes during maturation in vitro was studied by RT PCR. The results showed that high expression of wee 1 gene occurred at 0,2,4,6 h of incubation, and the expression levels sudden dropped at 8h after incubation, then at 12～14 wee 1 gene no longer expressed mRNA or expressed very little so that RT PCR did not measure its mRNA. Oppositely, the expression of cdc 25 gene increased gradually at 0,2,4,6,8 h, and the expression rapidly increased at very high levels at 12h and then kept at the levels all the time.
