"林荫工程"是在生态功能基础上让群众能够便捷舒适地享受洁净和绿荫、享受生态幸福的民生工程,实现了城市绿化由传统视觉审美功能向生态功能、再向有益人们的身心健康功能的转变。立足地方实际实施"林荫工程"是提高城市居民生态幸福指数、建设美丽幸福城市的着力点。

摘 要：
Green Shade Project is a livelihood- oriented project that allows people enjoy in a convenient and easy way cleanness and green shade as well as ecological welfare on the basis of ecological functions,which realizes the shifts of urban green spaces from traditional visual aesthetic function to ecological function and welfare function. The implementation of Green Shade Project based on the local reality creates the basis to improve the ecological happiness index of urban population and build a beautiful and happy city.
