摘  要:
试验旨在研究TMR日粮添加甘露寡糖配合复合益生菌在育成牛上的应用。36头娟荷育成牛被随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组饲喂的饲料为正常TMR日粮。试验组的饲料是TMR日粮添加5 g/(头·d)的甘露寡糖和50 g/(头·d)复合益生菌剂,试验期为60 d。试验结果表明,饲喂甘露寡糖配合复合益生菌剂30 d后育成牛的平均日增重显著提高。甘露寡糖配合复合益生菌剂对TIg、IgG和IgA抗体的水平有显著提高作用,但是对IFN-γ水平无明显影响。TMR日粮添加甘露寡糖配合复合益生菌后可显著提高SOD和GSH-Px活性,但对T-AOC活性水平没有多大影响。此外饲喂TMR日粮添加寡糖和复合益生菌可显著降低牛舍中氨气的含量。以上结果表明,TMR日粮添加寡糖和复合益生菌剂对可提高育成牛的生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化性能,同时可以降低氨气的排放净化养殖环境的。

摘  要:
The purpose of this experiment was to study the application effect of TMR diets added oligosaccharide and compound probiotics on breeding cattle. Thirty-six(Holstein) breeding cattles were randomly assigned to two dietary treatments with three replicates and six cattles with each pen. The contol group received the normal basal diet. The experimental group received the basal diet supplemented with5 g/cattle oligosaccharide and 50 g/cattle compound probiotics. The feeding trial lasted for 60 days. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of cattle was significantly increased after feeding TMR diets added oligosaccharide and compound probiotics for 30 d. The mannose oligosaccharide combined with the compound probiotics had a significant effect on the levels of TIg, IgG and IgA antibodies, but no significant effect was found on the level of IFN-γ. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased by adding oligosaccharide and compound probiotics to TMR diets, but there was no significant on the activity level of T-AOC. In addition, adding oligosaccharide and compound probiotics to TMR diet can significantly reduce the content of ammonia in bovine. The results showed that adding of oligosaccharide and compound probiotics to TMR diets can improve the growth performance, immune function and antioxidant performance of cultured cattle, and reduce the discharge of ammonia to purify the culture environment.
