福建宁德市红树林资源现状与保护

摘  要：
2005年8-10月,我们对宁德市滨海湿地及红树林资源进行了全面系统的调查。调查表明:宁德市滨海湿地及红树林资源较为丰富,现有秋茄林面积为93.2hm2,是福建省红树林资源的重要分布区;但同时亦存在红树林面积逐年下降,天然林比重下降、人工林比重上升,林分质量,郁闭度等级、树高等级、集约度、树龄等都有所下降的现象,红树林仅为上世纪70年代末的13%左右。为此,制定湿地及红树林保护法规,拟订和实施红树林保护恢复与发展规划,提高造林和管护成效,实施抢救性保护已是当务之急。

摘  要：
A systematic investigation on coastal wetland and mangrove resources in Ningde Municipality was conducted during the period from August to October in 2005, the investigation found that there were abundant coastal wetland and mangrove resources in the municipality, with 93.2 ha of Kandelia candel. The region is an important distribution of mangrove forest in Fujian province. However, the investigation also revealed the tendency of declining area of mangrove forest with decreasing proportion of natural mangrove trees and increasing proportion of planted trees and the tendency of declining stand quality, stand closure, tree height, management intensity and tree age. It was found that the area of mangrove forest was only about 13% of that at the end of 1970s. Fore this reason, it is urgent to rescue the wetland and mangrove forest by lawmaking on protection of wetlands and mangrove forest, formulating and implementing a plan of protection, restoration and development of mangrove forest, improving the success of tree planting and tendering.
