改性蒙脱石对黄曲霉毒素B_1吸附机理的研究

摘  要:
研究了改性蒙脱石对黄曲霉毒素B1的等温吸附 ,以及赖氨酸、酸碱度、温度、离体肠管吸收及透析袋透析对其吸附的影响。结果表明 ,改性蒙脱石在 pH 2 .0和 pH 8.0时对黄曲霉毒素B1的最大吸附量分别为5 98.8μg/g、6 82 .4 μg/g ;赖氨酸含量为 2 .0mg/mL和 4 .0mg/mL时对吸附无影响 ;酸碱度在 pH 2 .0至pH 8.0及温度在 2 0℃至 6 0℃时对吸附无明显影响 ;改性蒙脱石可减少离体肠管对黄曲霉毒素B1的吸收率及黄曲霉毒素B1通过透析袋的透析率。改性蒙脱石对黄曲霉毒素B1可能以化学吸附为主 ;鸡小肠对黄曲霉毒素B1存在主动吸收过程。

摘  要:
The a dsorption of aflatoxin B 1by modified montmorillonite and the influ ence of lysine, pH , in vitro assimilation of dissected intestine and dialysis o n the adsorption were studied. The maximum adsorption amount of aflatoxin B 1 by modified montmorillonite at pH 2.0 and pH 8.0 was 598.8 μg/g and 6 82.4 μg/g, respectively. The adsorption of aflatoxin B 1 by modified montm orillonite was not affected by lysine at concentration of 2.0 mg/mL and 4.0 mg/m L,pH range from 2.0 to 8.0 and temperature changes. The assimilation of aflatox in B 1 by intestine and the dialysis of aflatoxin B 1 from dialytic-b ag were hindered by the modified montmorillonite. There is an active assimilatio n mechanism of aflatoxin B 1 in chicken intestine.
