摘 要：
The nano catalytic electrolysis(NCE) is a novel technology in the field of municipal wastewater treatment. The municipal wastewater treatment plant in Xiamen city was cited as typical engineering case of middle water reusing, tail water disinfection and sludge reduction. By analyzing the principles and factors that impact NCE, the applicability and feasibility of NCE was represented, and the future development orientation was also described.
