白藏羊生理生化季节性变化研究

摘  要：
为了研究白藏羊的生理生化指标随季节性变化的规律。以饲养于四川省红原地区的白藏羊为研究对象,测定了其4个季度的生理生化指标。结果表明,白藏羊四季的呼吸变化范围为(32.74±21.33)~(49.96±17.62)次/min,体温的变化范围为(39.27±1.05)~(39.73±0.31)℃,心率的变化范围为(88.75±8.32)~(104.63±10.39)次/min;WBC、MCV、MCH和MCHC等指标以春、夏两季极显著高于秋、冬季节,RBC、HCT和RDW-CV等指标以春夏极显著低于秋、冬季节,HGB和PLT等指标在季节间存在差异;AST、TP、ALB、GLO和LDH等指标在夏、秋季节相对高于春、冬季节,PCHE和GLU是夏、秋季节相对低于冬、春季节,ALT和ALP等指标以春、秋季节值相对较高。

摘  要：
The physiological and biochemical indexes of Baizang sheep in four seasons were studied to understand its seasonal changes. The results showed that the respiration rate of Tibetan sheep changed from 32.74 to 49.96 times per minute, while the body temperature and heart rate were from 39.27 to 39.73 ℃ and from 88.75 to 104.63 times per minute, respectively.The indexs of WBC, MCV, MCH and MCHC in autumn and winter were extremely significantly lower than those in spring and summer. RBC, HCT and RDW-CV in autumn and winter were extremely significantly higher than those in spring and summer. PLT and HGB changed in different seasons with no significance. The indexes of AST, TP, ALB, GLO, LDH PCHE GLU, CHOL and CA in summer and autumn were relatively higher than those in winter and spring, while ALT and ALP were relatively higher in spring and autumn.
