乙·氰水悬乳剂质量检测方法研究

摘  要:
采用气相色谱法对六种色谱柱进行了选择,发现3%OV-17,3%OY-101和5%Apiezon三种填充柱分别在柱温185℃、175℃和195℃,检测温200℃、195℃和220℃条件下均能够对40%乙·氰水悬乳剂中的乙草胺、氰草津同时进行检测。在制剂中分别加入稳定剂或调节pH值都可以减少氰草津热贮后的分解率。对乙氰水悬乳剂中的两种有效成分的悬浮率的测定方法进行研究,方法的重现性良好。

摘  要:
Acetochlor and cyanazine were separated completely in 3%OV - 17, 3%OV ?101 and 5% Apiezon glass packed column of 1m×3mm (i.d.) at185℃,175℃ ,195℃ column temperature and 200℃ , 195℃ ,220℃ detector temperature through six selected columns. The dibutyl phthalate, di-n-amyl-o-phthalate and n-dodecane are internal standards in the above situations respectively. Swing in with triphenyl phosphate or adjusting pH could decrease the decomposition of cyanazine. The analysis method of suspending rate of Acetochlor and cyanazine were studied.
