碱熔-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的痕量锗

摘  要:
本文通过对原子荧光仪器条件、磷酸用量、硼氢化钾及氢氧化钠浓度等试验条件进行优化,采用原子荧光光谱仪测定锗的含量。结果表明,该法的检出限为0.1μg/g,测定的8个国家标准物质与推荐值相符,且重复测定12次的相对误差≤2%。

摘  要:
In this paper, the experimental conditions of atomic fluorescence instrument,phosphoric acid dosage,potassium borohydride and sodium hydroxide concentration were optimized, and the content of germanium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry after alkali fusion.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.1 μg/g, and the value of eight national standard substances determined were in agreement with the recommended value, and the relative error value repeatedly measured 12 times was ≤2%.
