本文介绍了低碳低氮饲养的内涵及对经济和环境的重大意义,同时根据当前的研究成果及技术水平介绍了低碳饲养的和低氮饲养的几种技术手段以及生产中的趋势,并提出低碳饲养低氮饲养方式的研究方向。
