摘 要:
对东湖水库主要营养盐限制因子、水化因子、浮游生物、初级生产力进行了研究。结果表明:共有浮游生物45个种(属),其中浮游植物28个种(属),平均生物量2.944mg/L,硅藻门占优势;浮游动物17个种(属),平均生物量2.434mg/L,其中桡足类占32.20%,枝角类占45.24%,轮虫和原生动物各占22.03%和0.53%,浮游植物毛产量变化范围为0.125~4.765g O2/m2.d,水柱呼吸量变化范围0.15~5.76 g O2/m2.d。TN、TP平均为9.89、0.124mg/L,夏季高,冬季低;NH4+-N、NO3--N、NO2--N平均分别为0.381、0.244、0.056mg/L,三氮无明显变化规律;N/P(质量比)为100~309,营养盐的限制因子为P。另外还探讨了水化因子的变化特点,N、P的分布变化规律,浮游生物、初级生产力与营养盐限制因子的关系。

摘 要:
The main limited factors of nutritive salt,water-chemistry factors,plankton and primary productivity in Donghu reservoir were studied.The results showed as follow: In the experiments,48 kinds of plankton species(genus) were found,in which 28 kinds were phytoplankton species(genus) and 17 kinds were zooplankton species(genus).The average biomass of phytoplankton was 2.944 mg/L.The dominant phytoplankton was Bacillariophyta.The average biomass of zooplankton was 2.434 mg/L,in which the copepods accounted for 32.20%,the cladoceran for 45.24%,the rotifers and protozoa respectively for 22.03% and 0.53%.The gross production of phytoplankton varied from 0.125 to 4.765g O_2/m2·d,the dark respiration of water varied from 0.15 to 5.76 g O_2/ m2·d.The average TN and TP were 9.89 mg/L and 0.124mg/L respectively,in which that in summer was higher than that in winter.NH_4+-N,NO_3——N and NO_2——N which had no visible change were respectively 0.381mg/L,0.244mg/L and 0.056mg/L. The N/P(quality) was 100~309 in which Phosphor(P) was the limited factor of the nutritive salt.In addition,the changeable characteristics of the water-chemistry factors,the distributing rule of the N and P,the relation between limited nutritive salt and plankton and primary productivity were discussed.
