嘧菌酯在4种瓜类真菌病害防治中的应用

摘要：

试验了嘧菌酯(Azoxystrobin)的商品制剂25%阿米西达悬浮剂(SC)防治4种瓜类真菌病害的效果。结果表明:第3次施药7d后,25%阿米西达悬浮剂1000倍液对西瓜炭疽病、西瓜蔓枯病和西瓜疫病的防效分别为88.93%、83.97%和69.65%,显著优于对照70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂(WP)500倍液,58%甲霜·锰锌WP600倍液;第3次施药7d后和10d后,833倍液对冬瓜炭疽病和丝瓜霜霉病的防效分别为88.36%和90.78%,显著优于70%甲基托布津600倍液WP和72%杜邦克露625倍液WP;第3次施药7d后,1500倍液对南瓜白粉病的防效达83.90%,显著优于12.5%腈菌唑乳油2000倍液。

摘要：

Chemical suspension concentrate of 25% Amistar (Azoxystrobin) was tried and compared with other chemicals in control of 4 melon fungus diseases. The 25% Amistar (SC) when diluted 1 000 times was found to have respective control efficacies of 88.93%, 83.97% and 69.65% against Colletotrichum orbiculare (Berkeley et Montagne) von Arx, Mycosphaerella melonis (Passerini) Chiu et Walker and Phytophthora melonis Katsura 7 days after the 3rd round of application, significantly higher than those of the 70% Thiophanate Methyl (WP) diluted 500 times, and the 58% Metalaxyl/mancozeb (WP) diluted 600 times. When diluted 833 times, it had separate control efficacies of 88.36% and 90.78% against C. orbiculare and Pseudoperonospora cubensis (Berkeley et Curtis) Rostovzev 7 days and 10 days after the 3rd round of application, obviously higher better than those of the 70% Thiophanate Methyl (WP) diluted 600 times, and the 72% Cymoxanil/Mancozeb (WP) diluted 625 times. When diluted 1 500 times it showed a control efficacy of 83.90% against Sphaerotheca fuliginea (Schlechtendahl) Pollacci 7 days after the 3rd round of application, significantly higher than that of the 12.5% Myclobutanil (EC) diluted 2 000 times.
