中国自智利水果进口贸易发展现状与优化路径

摘  要：
1970年12月15日,中国与智利正式建交,两国关系发展平稳、总体态势良好。2005年11月18日,双方政府签署自贸协议,深化经贸合作; 2017年,双方完成自贸协定升级版谈判。2018年11月2日,双方签署共建"一带一路"合作谅解备忘录,标志着两国关系迈入新阶段。经贸合作是两国关系发展的"压舱石"。近年来,农业合作成为新亮点,尤其中国自智利水果进口贸易发展迅猛,成效显著,惠及民众。新时期,深化双边水果贸易合作将是构建"中智命运共同体"的有效途径之一。

摘  要：
On December 15, 1970, China and Chile officially established diplomatic relations, and the relations developed smoothly and well. On November 18, 2005, Chilean and Chinese governments signed a free trade agreement so as to deepen the economic and trade cooperation. In 2017, Chilean and Chinese governments finished the negotiation of the upgraded free trade agreement. On November 2, 2018, China and Chile signed the MOU for co-constructing "the Belt and Road", which indicated the relationship of two countries stepped into a new stage. The economic and trade cooperation is the ballast to the development of the bilateral relationship. In recent years, agricultural cooperation has become a new highlight; especially the fruit import trade from Chile develops quickly, which has a fruitful effect and benefits the masses. In the new period,deepening the bilateral fruit trade cooperation will be one of the effective ways to build a community of common destiny for China and Chile.
