不同草坪基质的高羊茅根际微生物数量对比研究

摘 要:
以无土腐熟稻草基质与土壤基质条件下高羊茅草根际微生物为研究对象,对3大类微生物菌群(细菌、真菌和放线菌)和5类细菌(氨化细菌、硝化细菌、反硝化细菌、硫化细菌和反硫化细菌)的数量进行了初步研究。结果表明,腐熟稻草基质条件下高羊茅草根际的3大类微生物群和5类细菌的生物菌群多样性、均匀性均高于土壤基质的。说明,腐熟稻草作为草坪基质其基础营养优于土壤基质,是理想的无土草坪基质材料。

摘 要:
The quantity of ammoniated bacteria,nitrifying bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,sulfur bacteria,anti-sulfur bacteria,fungi and actinomyces around Festuca roots planted in rotted rice straw substrate and soil substrate was determined to study the effect of different substrates on risophere microflora quantity of Festuca.The results showed that the population diversity and uniformity of Festuca risophere microflora planted in rotted rice straw substrate were higher than those planted in soil substrate,which indicates that the rotted rice straw substrate with good basic nutrition is an ideal substrate for planting turf grass.
