蛋壳膜对生产肉鸡抗病力和免疫力的影响

摘  要：
将蛋壳膜按不同比例添加于肉鸡的日粮中,分析了其对肉鸡免疫力和接种禽流感H5N1-H9N2二价疫苗后抗体水平的影响。结果表明:蛋壳膜能够显著提高鸡血清总蛋白和白蛋白浓度以及H5N1-H9N2抗体水平。说明蛋壳膜对鸡的免疫力有增强作用,能够作为一种功能性饲料添加剂用于提高肉鸡的抗病力和免疫力。

摘  要：
Different ratios of eggshell membrane( ESM) was added into the diet of chickens,and the effects of ESM on the immunity of chickens and their antibody level after inoculating avian influenza H5 N1-H9 N2 bivalent vaccines were analyzed. The results showed that ESM could significantly enhance the concentration of serum total protein and serum albumin,as well as the H5 N1-H9 N2 antibody level in chickens. Therefore,ESM can strengthen the immunity of chickens,and can be used as functional feed supplement to improve the disease resistance and immunity of chickens.
