虚拟制造技术在田园管理机悬架的应用

摘  要:
介绍了虚拟制造技术在田园管理机悬架上的应用。首先,论述了农业机械CAD在国内外的发展情况;其次,对田园管理机械的应用及特点做了分析。针对目前田园管理机悬架存在的问题进行了研究,利用大型的三维建模软件Pro/E建立了悬架的三维模型,采用Pro/E与Adams之间的接口程序mech/pro,将模型从Pro/E导入Adams,再进行动力学分析,模拟悬架在工作时各个部分的受力及运动状态,为进一步优化分析提供了依据。

摘  要:
This article mainly introduced the virtual manufacture technique be used on the suspension fork of fields manage machine. First ,introduced the development situation of farm machinery CAD in the domestic and foreign; Next,the application and characteristic of fields manage machine be introduced. Aimed at the existence problem of the fields manage Machine to conduct the research,used large-scale three-dimensional model software Pro/E to establish the three-dimensional model of the suspension fork,used mech/pro which is interface routine between Pro/E and Adams to inducts the model from Pro/E to Adams,After that,carried on dynamics analysis,and to simulate the state of the suspension fork's movement and be stressed when its working,be provided the basis for further optimized.
