摘 要:
以高岭土的泥水混合液为研究对象,通过改变流体剪切因素(剪切力、作用时间)和聚合氯化铝(Polyalumina chlorine,PAC)投入量等条件,就流体剪切因素和加药量的相互作用对PAC混凝效果的影响进行了研究.结果表明,药剂投加量达到一定值时,混凝效果不再有明显变化,且废水中悬浮物质量浓度不同对应的最佳用量不同;剪切力和剪切时间对混凝效果具有不同程度的影响,且均存在一个最佳值;在反应初期,强剪切(时间较短)能促进混凝过程的进行.

摘 要:
The effect of fluid shear factors and the dosage of added poly alumina chlorine(PAC) on flocculation of PAC were studied,with kaolin cement mixture as the research material.The results showed that no significant change in coagulation effects when pharmaceutical dosage reached a certain value,and that there was an optimal dosage for PAC.Shear stress and shear time played a role in coagulation effect in different degrees.There was an optimum value for the effect of shear stress and shear time,respectively.Strong shear with shorter time promoted the coagulation in the initial stage of reaction.
