荆州市农村居民精神障碍流行病学调查

摘  要：
目的:调查和分析荆州市农村居民精神障碍现状。方法:采用复合性国际诊断交谈表(CIDI)和DSM-Ⅲ-R诊断标准,对随机抽取的249名农村居民进行问卷调查,数据用SPSS软件处理,采用率和构成比进行统计描述。结果:农村居民终生精神障碍患病率为23.29%,30d患病率为6.43%,12月患病率为10.04%;在各类精神障碍构成中,排在前3位的分别是烟草依赖(28.07%)、惊恐发作(19.29%)和重症抑郁(15.79%);各类精神障碍年龄分布中,55~64岁年龄组发病率最高;此外,男、女精神障碍发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:农村居民精神障碍患病率较高,应加强农村地区精神卫生服务。

摘  要：
Objective:To survey current status of mental disorders in rural residents of Jingzhou city.Methods:The Composite International Diagnostic Interview(CIDI)and DSM-Ⅲ-R criteria had been used.249 rural residents had been randomly selected and surveyed by questionnaire,the data processed with the software of SPSS,and the statistical description carried out by adoption rate and proportion.Results:The prevalence rate of life mental disorders in the rural residents was 23.29%,the 30-day prevalence rate 6.43%,the 12-month prevalence rate 10.04%;in various mental disorders,the top three were tobacco dependence(28.07%),panic attack(19.29%)and severe depression(15.79%);in all kinds of mental disorders,the highest incidence was in the 55 years old and over,and there was no significant difference in mental disorders(P>0.05)between the male and the female.Conclusion:The mental health services in rural areas should be strengthened because of the high prevalence of mental disorders among rural residents.
