摘 要:
应用脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,检测其中性红吞噬能力和NO释放量,应用刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin A,Con A)和LPS诱导小鼠T/B淋巴细胞检测其增殖能力,通过与4种常见市售学龄儿童奶粉的免疫调节能力作比较,评价学龄儿童奶粉中添加食源性生物活性肽对的免疫调节能力。结果表明:学龄儿童奶粉中添加食源性生物活性肽对能够提高腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、NO释放量和淋巴细胞的增殖能力,说明添加食源性生物活性肽的学龄儿童奶粉具有较好的增强免疫的功能。

摘 要:
Totally three kinds of school-age children milk powder selected from market,the other one added with food borme bioactive peptides lab were selected as samples. The effect of school-age children milk powder on the proliferation of murine splenocytes was detected by WST-8. The effects of school-age children milk powder on phagocytic activity and the NO production by macrophages were studied in order to evaluate the cell viability of mouse peritoneal. Results showed that the school-age children milk powder added with food borne bioactive peptides had the better immunoregulationon effect,indicating that the milk powder added with food borme bioactive peptides had good immune-modulation.
