湿地园林景观建筑使用状况评价体系构建初探

摘  要:
在对湿地园林和园林景观建筑概念界定的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP),分析影响湿地公园园林景观建筑使用状况的相关因素,包括建筑选址(可达性)、建筑建型(形象性)、景观功能(实用性)、后期维护(持续性)等。以AVC理论为基础,依据湿地园林景观建筑吸引力、承载力和生命力因子建立指标层次,提炼出有效的评价要素,建构出湿地公园园林景观建筑使用状况评价模式。

摘  要:
Based on the definition of wetland garden and landscape architecture, this paper used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the relevant factors affecting the usage of landscape architecture in wetland park, including site selection(accessibility), building type(visualization), landscape function(practicability), and post-maintenance(sustainability). The factors of attraction, capacity and vitality in wetland landscape architecture were selected to establish the index hierarchy and extract effective evaluation elements on the basis of AVC theory, which constructed the evaluation model of landscape architecture in wetland park.
