中国高校图书馆作为学校文献资源中心、信息储存基地,为广大师生的教学科研与管理提供信息资源保障。随着科技不断进步,信息技术在高校图书馆中普遍运用,图书馆服务已从单纯的资源服务转向知识服务,其育人功能更加凸显,为适应新时期这种变革,高校图书馆需要打造一支高素质现代化资质的馆员队伍。

摘要：

China's colleges and universities library literature resource center, information storage base as a school, for the majority of teachers and students for teaching and scientific research and management for information resources security. Along with the progress of science and technology, information technology, widely used in university library, the library service has shifted from pure resource service to knowledge service, more highlight its education function, in order to adapt to the changes in the new period, university libraries need to build a high-quality modern qualified librarian team.
