鱼类性别决定及其控制技术的研究进展

摘  要:
鱼类的性别决定一般有两种决定模式,遗传决定模式和环境决定模式,遗传决定模式主要由染色体上基因决定鱼类性别,环境决定模式主要由温度、p H值和密度等决定鱼类的性别。文章对鱼类的染色体性别决定类型和鱼类性别决定基因Sox基因家族、芳香化酶基因及Dmrt基因家族进行了综述。对鱼类的性别控制技术中性激素诱导技术、性反转技术、雌核发育技术、种间杂交技术、三倍体人工诱导技术进行了分析和探讨,并对鱼类性别决定及性别控制技术进行了展望。

摘  要:
Sex determination in fish generally has two determination modes,including genetic determination mode and environmental determination mode. The sex determination of fish is mainly decided by the genes on chromosomes fish in the genetic determination mode,and mainly decided by temperature,p H value and the density of fish and so on. This paper reviews the chromosomal sex determination types and the sex determination genes of fish,including the Sox gene family,aromatase gene and Dmrt gene family. The paper analyzes and investigates the sexual hormone induced technique,sex reversal technique,gynogenesis technique,interspecific hybridization and artificial triploid induction technology in the sex control technology of fish,and also looks into the sex determination and sex control technology in fish.
