旋耕机刀轴刀库螺栓连接结构的研究探讨

摘  要：
现在市场上广泛采用的旋耕刀轴装配为刀库直接焊接在刀轴上,旋耕刀通过螺栓、螺母、弹簧垫圈连接在刀库上。当刀库与刀轴焊接时,刀轴会产生焊接变形,还需进行直线度校正。在使用过程中,如果螺栓出现断裂现象,旋耕刀则甩出,容易造成伤人事故。刀库在损坏后,需重新焊接新刀库,这时需要用磨光机磨掉旧刀库,再重新进行焊接,过程复杂,费时、费力。针对存在的情况,设计了一种用螺栓连接旋耕机刀轴和刀库的结构,避免了焊接变形,使其安装稳固、更换方便。

摘  要：
Now widely used in the market,the rotary tool shaft assembly is welded directly on the tool shaft for the tool bank. The rotary tool is connected to the tool bank through bolts,nuts,and spring gaskets. When the tool bank is welded with the tool shaft,the tool shaft will produce welding deformation,and straightness correction is also required. If the bolt breaks during use,the rotary tiller is thrown out,which is prone to injury. After the knife bank is damaged,it is necessary to re-weld the new knife bank. At this time,it is necessary to grind the old knife bank with a grinding machine and re-weld it. The process is complex,time-consuming and laborious. According to the existing situation,a structure of screw shaft and tool Bank of rotary tiller is designed to avoid welding deformation,so that its installation is stable and easy to replace.
