刚毛藻氮磷去除效果与培养方式试验研究

摘  要:
为了预测刚毛藻的生长过程,评价刚毛藻生长对水环境因子的影响,选取东湖水利部"948示范工程"为试验场,用DO、pH值两个指标来分析它们与藻类生物量的相关性,并对刚毛藻的氮磷去除效果进行研究。研究表明:pH值、DO与刚毛藻的生物量有较好的相关性,且三者之间有更好的相关性,相关系数可达0.909,因此可以根据多元回归方程确定刚毛藻生长的预报参数。刚毛藻对氮磷营养物有快速高效的净化效果,去除率可达76.7%和77.8%。刚毛藻将以其优异的性能成为以后的研究热门,具有广泛的应用前景。

摘  要:
In order to predict the growth process of Cladophora and evaluate the impact of Cladophora growth on water environmental factors, "the 948 Demonstration Project" of East Lake Water Resources Department was selected as the test site, and the correlation between them and algae biomass was analyzed with DO and pH indexes, and the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus of Cladophora was studied. The results show that pH, DO have a good correlation with the biomass of Cladophora, and there is a better correlation among the three, the correlation coefficient can reach 0.909, so it can be used as a prediction parameter of Cladophora growth according to multiple regression equation. Cladophora has a rapid and efficient purification effect on nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus, with removal rates of 76.7% and 77.8%. Cladophora will become a hot research topic in the future due to its excellent performance and has a wide application prospect.
