摘要：

将自由人槭'秋焰'不定芽苗置于MS改良培养基中,分别添加不同浓度的青霉素和"益培灵",培养7 d和21 d后调查瓶苗污染率,结果表明,添加20 mg L~(-1)"益培灵"效果最好,培养21 d后污染率在4.5%。

摘要：

The adventitious buds of Acer×freemanii 'Autumn Blaze' were placed in MS modified medium, and different concentrations of penicillin and "Yipeiling" were added. After 7 d and 21 d, the contamination rate of the bottle was investigated. Result shows that the addition of 20 mg L~(-1)"Yipeiling" is the optimal, and the contamination rate is 4.5% after 21 days of culture.
