玄参HPLC指纹图谱的建立

摘  要:
采用HPLC法测定了10个不同产地的玄参样品。色谱条件为C18柱,用甲醇-1%冰醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长290 nm,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地药材进行了相似度比较,为科学评价与有效控制玄参质量提供了新方法。

摘  要:
HPLC fingerprint of the methanol-dissolved elements of Radix Scrophulariae collected from different areas provides a new way for scientific evaluation and proficient controlling of Radix Scrophulariae quality.10 samples of Radix Scrophulariae were tested by HPLC,which were from Wulong County,Chongqing City.The HPLC condition was that:Kromasil TM C18 column,washing solution of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid,290 nm wave length,1.0mL·min-1 flow rate,30℃ column temperature.The result was that:the common model of HPLC fingerprint was made and the similarity of Radix Scrophulariae from different areas was compared.The study would be good for the standard planting and quality control of Radix Scrophulariae.
