DA-6及其类似结构化合物的合成和应用

摘  要：
介绍了DA-6(N,N-二乙氨基乙醇己酸酯)合成的主要方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点。根据活性基团拼接原理,简述了带有叔胺结构(-NR2,R=Me、Et)羧酸酯类物质的合成方法。针对含有不同取代基团的氨基羧酸酯类物质,就活性研究及其应用进展方面进行了具体的探讨,并对新产品所具有的潜在活性作出了展望。

摘  要：
Synthetic methods of DA-6 were described,comparing advantages and shortcomings of each method. According to the connective principle of active groups,new synthetic methods of acid esters containing tertiary amine (-NR2,R=Me,Et)were explained. In view of the amino esters with different kinds of substitute groups,we have carried on specific discussions on the active research as well as applied progress. At the same time,the potential activity of new products has also been made in prospect.
