浅议环保设施竣工验收监测

摘  要：
在环保设施竣工的实际验收监测过程中,因设施运行和样品采集会带来一些系统误差,它远大于验收监测过程中产生的室内外分析误差,严重影响了设施验收后的正常运转。为了消除这些系统误差,提出了一系列的措施:验收前的现场检查和资料收集,注重验收监测方案、监测点位和频次,加强验收期间工况负荷监测,科学解释"达标概念",深入验收现场,实地监督,严格把握住现场质量验收。

摘  要：
There are some systematic errors that were caused by facilities operation and sample collection in the monitoring of com-pletion acceptance of environmental protection facilities,which is much higher than analytical errors in indoors and outdoors,this seri-ously affects the normal operation of facilities.In order to eliminate these errors,a series of measures were put forward,such as site in-spection and data collection before acceptance,paying attention to plan of acceptance monitoring,monitoring site and frequency,strengthening the monitoring of load conditions during acceptance,scientifically explaining concept of reaching standard,and controlling site quality acceptance rigorously.
