酶法提取刺玫果总黄酮工艺研究

摘  要:
以刺玫果为试材,采用酶法辅助提取刺玫果总黄酮,研究各因素对刺玫果总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:纤维素酶辅助提取刺玫果总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为提取溶剂为50%乙醇、温度控制在50℃、料液比1∶15g/mL、纤维素酶加入量为40mg/g、控制提取液于pH 5.5条件下,酶解提取2次,每次140min,在最佳条件下进行3次验证试验,其总黄酮提取率平均为95.94mg/g。

摘  要:
Taking fruits of Rosa davurica Pall.as test materials,the effect of many factors on the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids(TF)in fruits of Rosa davurica Pall.with enzymes-aided extraction method were studied.The results showed the optimum extraction technology with cellulase as follow,the concentration of the ethanol extraction solvent,the temperature,the ratio between raw material and solvent,the quantity of cellulase,the pH value,the extraction times and time were 50%,50℃,1∶15g/mL,40mg/g,5.5,2times,140 min respectively.The average extraction efficiency of TF was 95.94mg/g in three verification experiments under the optimized extraction condition.
