上海地区夏季甜罗勒优化栽培模式

摘  要：
为了建立一种既能保证甜罗勒苗期和营养生长期对温度的需求,又能减少生殖生长期大棚高温的不利影响的栽培模式,将甜罗勒在棚内和棚外同时种植,分析不同时期温度变化对棚内外甜罗勒不同生长阶段产生的影响,对比全生长过程生物量、精油含有率以及精油成分的变化。实验结果表明:在2月到6月(营养生长期)和9月到10月(生殖生长期后期),棚内的生物量和精油含有率均要高于棚外;相反7月到8月(生殖生长前期)棚外各项指标高于棚内甜罗勒。8月中旬甜罗勒的生物量和精油的含有率都达到最大值,单株鲜重可达1400g,精油含有率可达4.5mL·kg-1。以上结果为进一步建立优化的夏季甜罗勒种植模式提供了科学依据。

摘  要：
In order to found a cultivating model which could meet the temperature requirement of sweet basil in the seedling and vegetative period,and reduce the influence of high temperature in the greenhouse on sweet basil in procreative period,this research analyzed the influence of temperature on sweet basil cultivated in and out of the greenhouse in different period,and compared the biomass?the content of essential oil and the compositions of essential oil of sweet basil. The result showed that during the vegetative period (from February to June) and the later of procreative period (from September to October),the biomass and content of essential oil of sweet basil cultivated in the greenhouse were higher than that of sweet basil cultivated out of the greenhouse; but,during the earlier stage of procreative period (from July to August),all the data of sweet basil cultivated out of the greenhouse had better performance. In the middle of August,the biomass and content of essential oil of sweet basil reached the highest level. During this period,The highest weight was 1,400g per fresh plant and the highest content of essential oil was 0.45ml/100g Fw. The above result would be the base for optimizing the cultivating model of sweet basil.
