60日龄内玉山黑猪小肠形态学发育的研究 Ⅰ.小肠绒毛的密度、高度、宽度和杯状细胞数量的变化

摘  要：
应用定量组织学方法对0、3、20、40、43、45、46、47、50、53、56和60 d玉山黑猪的十二指肠近端、远端、空肠及回肠的形态学变化进行观察比较。结果表明,玉山黑猪各小肠段的绒毛密度出生时最大,随着日龄的增长均呈下降趋势,断奶后2 d密度变化差异极显著;在0~60 d各小肠段的绒毛高度变化差异极显著,其中十二指肠近、远端绒毛于20 d高度达到最大,空、回肠绒毛于3 d达到最高;在0~60 d各段小肠绒毛的宽度变化差异极显著,其中十二指肠绒毛宽度于40 d达到最宽,空、回肠绒毛宽度于43 d达到最宽。断奶对绒毛密度、高度、宽度等指标有短暂的影响,但2~3 d后就迅速恢复。

摘  要：
Histological method was applied to compare the morphological changes of proximal duodenum,distal duodenum,jejunum and ileum in Yushan black piglets at 0,3,20,40,43,45,46,47,50,53,56 and 60 dayages.The results showed that villus density of Yushan black piglet decreased with the age and decreased significantly two days after weaning.Villus' height of the piglets increased significantly from 0 to 60 day-age.The proximal duodenum,distal duodenum,the jejunum,the ileum reached the peak at 20 and 3 day ages,respectively.And the villus' width in duodenum,jejunum and ileum reached the peak at 40,and 43 dayages,respectively.The number of small intestinal goblet cells in the mucous membrane changed significantly.The effect of weaning on the height of villus,villous width,villous density and density of small intestinal gland was obvious but short and disappeared 3 to 5 days.And the effect of weaning was little to the number of goblet cells.
