当前我国农村信访问题的成因与对策研究

摘  要：
通过对陕西省杨凌区农村信访案例的统计和分析,进一步了解了我国基层农村信访问题的成因,并提出了化解农村信访问题的对策,以期有助于相关部门和农村基层工作者适时地调整涉农政策和工作方法,从而有效地化解农村矛盾,促使农村社会稳定和谐发展。

摘  要：
By investigated the rural petition cases in Yangling District,Shaanxi Province,the author analyzed the formative factors of rural petition the cause,and suggested countermeasure to the problems of the rural petition.It could be useful to adjust agricultural policy and working methods for the rural grassroots workers timely,to resolve the contradictions effectively,so as to promote the harmonious development of rural social stably.
