摘 要：
In order to improve ecological environment along the border and restore forest vegetation in the border,artificial afforestation,closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation,costructing border fire prevention forest to enhance border protection forest construction standards were implemented along the border of east four Leagues,key forest investment was carried out according to the state key public welfare forest construction standard.
