高校教研人员要适应经济、科技和社会协调发展的需要,接受时代的挑战,才能创造出更高的成就。教研人员劳动的优质性、创造性与难替代性、激励性与示范性、时效性与可再生性、流动性与可共享性、对象的复杂性与劳动繁重性、空间的广延性与时间的连续性、效果的滞后性与隐含性、集体的协作性与个体的独立性以及其高度的责任性和文化知识的渊博性,使得他们成为高校人力资源的主体。

摘  要:
Teaching staff should apply to the requirements of economy,technology and society coordinated development in colleges and universities,accept the challenge of the times to create higher achievement.Some labor characteristics of teaching staff made them to become main body of human resources in colleges and universities,such as high quality,creativity,irreplaceableness,incentive character,demonstrativeness,timeliness,renewable capacity,fluidity,sharing,objective complexion,heavy labor,extension of space,continuity of time,hysteresisquality and implicity of effect,collective collaboration,individual independence,high accountability,rich knowledge and so on.
