小型玉米剥皮机的关键部件改进设计及三维仿真

摘  要:
在玉米收获时,手工剥皮劳动强度大,需要大量的人力和物力,且易对玉米的表皮造成破坏,降低了玉米的产量和质量。为进一步改进装置,提高生产效率,对重点关键部件进行了改进设计,研制了三相电动机作为动力、全橡胶剥皮辊的小型玉米剥皮机。同时,对其关键部件进行了三维仿真。

摘  要:
As the harvest of corns,manual peeling needs heavy intensity of work,a quantity of labor and material,besides,it is easy to destroy epidermis of corns and reduce the production and quality.In order to improve the device to Increase productivity,the key parts will be improved,which use three phrase generator as power and the peeling-roller is made of gum-elastic.This essay states the machine design of corn peeler and 3-D simulation of the key parts.
