摘 要：
论文从微观、中观和宏观三个层面构建蓝色金融对海洋经济增长的贡献度测算体系,并利用贡献度测算模型分析了蓝色金融对海洋经济增长的贡献。通过构建蓝色金融对海洋经济增长的贡献度测算模型,在理论上实现了从微观的涉海企业角度、中观的海洋产业角度以及宏观的海洋经济角度审视蓝色金融对海洋经济增长的贡献,将宏观经济的大环境缩小到企业这个微观系统内,减少了数据信息在可得性上的难度,从而为分析蓝色金融对海洋经济增长的贡献提供了一条更为方便的途径。

摘 要：
The paper sets the measurement system of the blue finance contribution on marine economic growth in micro, meso and macro levels. In the perspectives of the micro related enterprise, meso marine industry and macro marine economy, by building the measurement system of the blue finance contribution to marine economic growth, we could theoretically reach the target of the blue finance contribution to marine economic growth. In addition, the system reduces the macro economic environment to the micro enterprise system, weakens the difficulty in the availability of data information, thus providing a more convenient way to analyze the blue finance contribution to marine economic growth.
