摘 要:
目前饲料行业广泛应用的冷却器仓体均为八角形,区别在于排料结构不同,文章以最常见的栅栏式、翻板式以及其他3种改进型排料机构为基础,利用Fluent软件模拟饲料冷却过程中不同排料机构对三维风速场均匀性的影响,得出每种结构在X、Y、Z 3个方向上的均匀性指标,最后对5种结构进行对比,得出均匀性指标最高的结构,可为冷却器的结构改进和选型提供依据。

摘 要:
Octagonal cabin is currently widely used in counterflow coolers which are different in discharging mechanism.Based on the most common fence type,flap type and three other improved types of discharging mechanism,soltware Fluent 15.0 was used to investigate the influence of these different types on uniformity of 3D wind velocity filed during cooiing.Uniformity parameters in three directions X,Y,Z of all tvpes were obtained.Finally,by contrast,the type whose uniformity was highest was concluded,which may provide a reference for improvement and selection of counterflow coolers.
