摘  要:
水生生物环境DNA(environmental DNA,eDNA)检测技术通过采集、提取、分析水环境中的DNA来检测调查物种的存在,评估调查物种的生物量及其分布,是一种新兴的水生生物资源调查方法。本文综述eDNA检测技术的概念、发展历史,讨论水生生物eDNA检测技术的应用现状、优势与挑战,并展望其应用前景。

摘  要:
Aquatic environmental DNA detection technology is a newly aquatic resources investigation method to determine the existence of aquatic organism species, to estimate population biomass and further to obtain precise data on species distributions by collecting, extracting and analyzing DNA from the water environment samples. Here, we describe the significance of eDNA, review the development history and application of environmental DNA technology, and look insight into the potential advantages and challenges for monitoring. Finally, the development prospects and trends of eDNA technology are also discussed.
