百香果组培苗不同部位茎段继代培养效果研究

摘  要:
本文以脱毒黄金百香果初代组培苗的顶段、中段和下段带节茎段为外植体材料,以不添加任何外源激素的MS培养基为继代培养基质,观察3种外植体材料继代培养根系和叶片的生长状态。结果表明,以顶段茎段作外植体进行继代培养,根系形成时间短,根系数和叶片数较多,生长势较强,成苗周期短,根系及叶片的生长速度明显优于中段茎段和下段茎段。

摘  要:
In this paper, the growth of roots and leaves in subculture of three explant materials was studied by using the top stem segment, middle stem segment and lower stem segment(with axil buds) of virus-free primary tissue culture seedlings of passion fruit as explant materials, and the MS medium without any exogenous hormone as subculture medium.The results showed that using the top stem segment as explant for subculture, the root formation time was short, the number of roots and leaves was large, the growth vigor was strong, the seedling formation cycle was short, and the growth rate of roots and leaves was significantly better than that of the middle stem segments and lower stem segments.
