摘  要:
文章从微波辅助提取、超声辅助提取、酶辅助提取、酸碱提取4个方面介绍了苜蓿多糖的提取方法;同时分析了苜蓿多糖的生物活性,包括抗氧化活性、抗肿瘤活性、抗炎活性、保肝脏活性和免疫调节活性;最后对苜蓿多糖应用研究的发展进行了展望.

摘  要:
The Microwave-assisted extraction(MAE), Ultrasound-assisted extraction(USAE), Enzyme-Assisted Extraction(EAE)and Acid-Base Extraction(ABE) were mainly introduced. The biological activity of alfalfa polysaccharides was also studied,including the oxidation resistance, antitumor effect, anti-inflammatory, liver protective activity and immunomodulatory effect.The development of extraction and bioactivity of polysaccharides from alfalfa was overviewed at last.
