乡村振兴背景下河南农村法律问题研究

摘  要：
实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大中作出的重大决策部署。我国农村经历了四十年的农村普法工作已经取得了显著效果,但是在发展进程中依然存在着多种问题。经过实地调研本文选择了民生、环保及普法三个方面的内容进行研究,对农村民生保障制度的建设、乡村旅游环境的保护以及农村基层法律普法服务工作进行了探讨,以期更好推进乡村振兴建设。

摘  要：
The implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is a major decision made by the19 th National University of the Communist Party of China. China's rural areas have experienced 40 years of rural law popularization and achieved remarkable results, but there are still many problems in the development process. After field research, this paper chooses three aspects of people's livelihood,environmental protection and law popularization to study, and discusses the construction of rural people's livelihood security system, the protection of rural tourism environment and the rural grass-roots legal services, in order to better promote the construction of Rural Revitalization.
